Surrounded by towering black maple trees, this cabin features modern amenities with a relaxing outdoor fire pit, hot tub, and a couple's swing. This is the perfect place to unwind with nature on two private acres with your partner. After enjoying starry nights in the hot tub or relaxing by the fire, you’re close enough to visit historic Berkeley Springs or adventure to nearby State Parks.

Our favorite things about the cabin are: ☀ 2 bedrooms: 1 queen bedroom and 2 full beds in the loft ☀ Fully stocked kitchen with coffee ☀ Living room with large leather couch and 55" HDTV ☀ Board games and books for the whole family ☀ Private outdoor hot tub ☀ Outdoor fire pit and chairs ☀ Outdoor games such as corn hole ☀ Spacious deck with forest views ☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆ This two-story cabin has two comfortable bedrooms, each carefully designed to make you feel relaxed during your vacation. On the top floor in the loft, you’ll find two full beds with forest views. On the bottom floor, there’s a queen bed wrapped in luxurious crisp white linens. While we don’t have traditional closets, we do provide a dresser and a creative solution to hang clothes. ☆☆ BATHROOM ☆☆ On the main floor, you’ll find an updated bathroom with a vanity and shower/tub combination, so you can choose how you want to wash up after a day exploring! We do provide moisturizing shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, although don’t forget to bring extra if you plan to enjoy a longer visit. On the bottom floor there is an iron and ironing board, so you can keep your clothes fresh for the entirety of your stay! ☆☆ KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM ☆☆ This kitchen is the perfect place to whip up delicious meals. You’ll have all the kitchen essentials to make your family's favorite dishes and more. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning in the dining area with seating for your whole group. The living room is the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. Cozy up on the leather sofa while watching a movie on the TV. Prefer to stay home and read a book? The large open windows and sky high ceilings bring in tons of natural light to bury yourself in a novel or try your luck at one of the many board games. For our traveling parents, we supply both a pack-n-play (no padding or sheets provided) and a booster seat (9 - 36 months and up to 37 pounds). Please note that the pellet stove is currently out of service. However, we provide mini-split systems for heating and cooling, as well as space heaters for your comfort. ☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆ Step outside onto the deck located just off the dining room. This deck features an outdoor couch, corn hole and a hot tub. Other Details to Note
Our property does require you to drive about 1 mile on a gravel road. While the road is maintained, it is important to note that during the rainy season, the roads may be wet and muddy. During the winter when there is snowfall, it is recommended that your vehicle is a 4WD. Cars may be able to handle the roads, but there may be a chance of it getting stuck if it rains or snows and tow trucks can be expensive. Please consider adding trip insurance as we follow our moderate cancellation policy. Firewood is not provided for the outdoor fire pit. Please keep in mind that WV Wi-Fi service can be spotty. Our pellet stove is currently not working, however, we do have 2 AC mini splits to enjoy whatever temperature you're comfortable in. All outdoor furniture is removed during the snowing winter months to protect its lifespan. Please enjoy the hot tub or stay cozy inside! This is a remote property without many stores. Plan accordingly. There is a Dollar General nearby, however, a grocery store is 20+ minutes away. Your safety is important to us, and for that reason, we’ve installed one security camera at the front of the property as well as smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors and fire extinguishers. This camera can only see outside the cabin on the porch and parking area in front of the cabin. If you should need to reach us with any safety concerns, please feel free to contact us through the Airbnb messaging app, and we will respond as quickly as possible ☆☆HOUSE RULES☆☆ - NO PARTIES OR EVENTS WHATSOEVER. The property is managed admittance of guests in addition to the ones listed on the booking or throwing parties will results in immediate cancellation of your reservation with NO refund per Airbnb and Property policies. - No smoking - No pets of any kind - Self check-in with smart lock - We maintain a no shoes house to keep our place ideal for all guests. All shoes must be taken off at entry. - Guests not mentioned on the reservation must be approved for overnight stays by updating the reservation - No mailing packages to the home. The following Penalties will be applied for related incidents via a claim will with Airbnb. ** Smoking in the home: $150 **Late Checkout Past 11am without our consent. $75 **Excessive Guests than reservation. $50 per guest per night. **Excessive Cleaning if place is left filthy or if an unapproved animal is brought into the home. $150 Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $300
