Other Details to Note
Our property does require you to drive about 1 mile on a gravel road. While the road is maintained, it is important to note that during the rainy season, the roads may be wet and muddy. During the winter when there is snowfall, it is recommended that your vehicle is a 4WD. Cars may be able to handle the roads, but there may be a chance of it getting stuck if it rains or snows and tow trucks can be expensive. Please consider adding trip insurance as we follow our moderate cancellation policy. Firewood is not provided for the outdoor fire pit. Please keep in mind thatWi-Fi service can be spotty. All outdoor furniture is removed during the snowing winter months to protect its lifespan. Please enjoy the hot tub or stay cozy inside! This is a remote property without many stores. Plan accordingly. There is a Dollar General nearby, however, a grocery store is 20+ minutes away. Your safety is important to us, and for that reason, we’ve installed one security camera at the front of the property as well as smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors and fire extinguishers. This camera can only see outside the cabin on the porch and parking area in front of the cabin. If you should need to reach us with any safety concerns, please feel free to contact us through the Airbnb messaging app, and we will respond as quickly as possible ☆☆HOUSE RULES☆☆ - NO PARTIES OR EVENTS WHATSOEVER. The property is managed admittance of guests in addition to the ones listed on the booking or throwing parties will results in immediate cancellation of your reservation with NO refund per Airbnb and Property policies. - No smoking - No pets of any kind - Self check-in with smart lock - We maintain a no shoes house to keep our place ideal for all guests. All shoes must be taken off at entry. - Guests not mentioned on the reservation must be approved for overnight stays by updating the reservation - No mailing packages to the home. The following Penalties will be applied for related incidents via a claim will with Airbnb. ** Smoking in the home: $150 **Late Checkout Past 11am without our consent. $75 **Excessive Guests than reservation. $50 per guest per night. **Excessive Cleaning if place is left filthy or if an unapproved animal is brought into the home. $150 Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $300
